i think some of you are lucky, and some are not so lucky, The front wheel engagement for the 5 ton does not appear to be reliable, these people that get trucks from auction, have no idea what they are getting, if a sprag is warn it will not engage, not to say it wont engage if you play with it. With the duce flap the air switch and your in, no worry or messin around, works like a top. if a normal person is going to own a MV the duce more economical then the 5 ton, the NHC 250 is a dog, hi pressure pump issues, not to mention its a cum-a-part, 5 mpg max, way to big for normal driving around,
The duce is not huge but not to big for a daily driver, gets just as much attention, reliable front end air engagement, 8 to 12 MPG and its a multifuel engine, Turbo Charger is a great feature, weather to clean it up or to make little more power, and its just totally reliable and probably the least expensive at auction.
