M812 What size socket for wheel nuts?

We are finally going to change the oil and filter, fuel filter and drive the truck approx 25 miles to a pole shed that we will be renting so we can start to really work on this rig. Question is I have a flat on the inner dual and need to change it before the short journey. What size is the socket? Are these left hand threads on the drivers side and right hand on the passenger side?

I am pretty shure they are one and a half inch lug nuts.and you are right on the direction.

You will also need the 13/16" square budd for the inner nut.
