Yes, I do have manuals. Just asking if anyone has experience with the issue. My truck runs as a commercial truck, so it is a big deal to take it out of service.

First, of course, check the fluid to make sure it's full.
Then, there is too much to it to type it all out, so:

Page 8-16 for brake adjustment
Page 8-37 for brake pedal adjustment

TM 9-2320-260-20

It's not a bad job, except handling the tires when adjusting the brakes.

I have a 817,the brake adjustment is on the back of the backing plates,adjust them up tight then back them off.
