M818 low voltage to fuel shut off solenoid

Good evening.

I have an M818 that I replaced the injector pump earlier this year, she worked great until I let it sit for a couple months. For some reason I am only getting 15-17 volts to the fuel shutoff solenoid. Both batteries and new and putting out 24v. Any odeas as to what to look at in regards to the lower voltage going to the solenoid?

Thanks.

It gets its power via branches from the main power switch. I would check your voltage off your main switch and at the power wires going into the pcb
