very hard to search in here for AC and most people use that and not "Air conditioner" Tried searching for [M915A2 compressor] thinking that might lead me in the right direction ... but no go....sooooooo without further ado ....

Anyone have info on the AC designed for the A2 model? NSN 4120-01-542-6365. General internet search not turning up any specs or TM's.

Red dot will send you the manual on it. If it's not on their site

I'm installing that kit in my M923 that I bought from a fellow SS several years back. It fits perfect (even the condenser in front of the radiator - the brackets are there - they just need drilled) WITH THE EXCEPTION OF the compressor mounts. Piece of cake to modify what's in the kit to adapt to the NHC250. I will try and scan in the manual that came with the kit and post here. I will need time to do that though. Reddot has more documentation as well but you would need to contact them for it. TB 9-2320-273-13&P-2 documents the A/C for A0/A1s that starts on about page 200 if that helps. I've attached a pic of what is in the unit. Have many other pics if need more detail (like compressor mounts, etc. in teh kit). Good luck.

appears it is about 17,000 btu.... and can be mounted many different ways..... IFFF it can; I'll likely put it on the dog house of LMTV on maybe a 3" riser full of insulation below it. Then it can blow right on the pilot/co-pilot. Thinking this cause two reasons- 1. it appears from others builds; its 17,000 btu is too little for cooling whole of LMTV interior so best to try to just cool the person.... and two cause cooling just the person compared to whole cab means you might can put it on lower setting and put less drag on the engine.
