So far the biggest weAK link has been flywheel bolts. Apparently a RMS rebuilt trucks had to short of flywheel bolts because they come out easy and brake.

Here is where the light is, look for the black arrow just right of the rpm needle. These units are rated with a top speed of 55 mph I believe, my light starts flickering at 50. I suppose I will have to drive it and see at what speed the transmission deactivates.tacho.jpg

Tachograph supplies, including keys and paper, are available at e-power www.e-powerinstruments.com. I've had good service from them. The common models on our FMVs do have a control to adjust the setting of the "over speed" light. Now don't go setting it too high! Some models have an adjustment for the RPM warning as well.

My M920 heat isnt working properly, in that the fan works fine but the air is not warm. I drove it 50 miles this weekend, but there was no difference in the duct temperature the entire time.

Where should I start looking first?

I agree with artisan. Most of the time people turn them off in the summer and forget to reopen then for the winter. There on the passenger side of the engine.

My bad. I need a the fuel filter part number from NAPA for 916a1.
Front filter - Parker P/N OEM R60P (NSN 2940-01-367-7515)
Rear filter - General Motors P/N TP916 (NSN 2910-01-022-8183)

R60P is a Racor filter P/N also, and that crosses to Wix 33231 and NAPA 3231.

The TP916 is a Wix 33120 and a NAPA 3120.
