M916 wheels on M813

Hello All,
We just brought home a set of wheels (2 pc. bolt together combat style) and tires (1400 x 20s) off of a M916. My question is if the wheel offset on the M916 is the same as those used on the supper single wheels found on the M813. Currently we are running 1400 x 20s mounted on Hemitt wheels without any issues on the M813. We flipped the rear axle hubs so all the wheel bolts are facing out. Second question, the M916 wheels still have the CTS valve body thingys attached, once removed do these have any value?

Actually, I never saw the donor vehicle. Was told they came off of a M916 being used by a lumber company.

Photos of the wheels would help... M916 never came with Super Singles but Hemmit/5-ton/FMTV Super singles will all fit on a M916 with modification to the 916's front brake drum.
