M919 heading to Alaska!

I sold my M919 concrete mixer to a contractor in Alaska! It left the yard in Michigan this afternoon headed to Seattle WA. From there it will be barged to a remote town in Western Alaska. The guy is taking I-80 across to Salt Lake and then up to Seattle. If anyone sees a big yellow and black M919 heading west give him a wave for me.

Did the buyer happen to mention what it cost to barge her up from Seattle to WA?

He made it! no problems. 45 hours of driving.
I think he said about $7000 to barge it up to Bethel AK

I was thinking the same thing, how much gross $$ is on that barge. Wonder what the operating costs are.

You do know that they probably don't charge $7k per pallet or ISO.... I'm guessing per pound of actual weight but I'm not a shipping expert either.
