I have not seen these 2 levers to the right of the shifter. It is a WO/W truck, so count that out.

They must have added a winch to a WO/W truck.

According to what I have been told....that's how the USMC ordered them. My m923 was the same way. It was setup for a winch, but no winch was installed. The USMC trucks were also outfitted a 15ft bed as seen in the photos.
