M923A2 CTIS air valve?

I had my CTIS removed on my M923A2 a few years back (no leaks). Took the truck offroading, and lost all air at idle. Listing for leaks, I found two hoses leaking air that were cut to remove the CTIS system on the driver's side. My question is, is there a valve or something where I can turn the air off for the CTIS?

Found out how and had to remove a T from a tank. No more CTIS leaks and my tanks take like 2 minutes to fill up to 120 PSI. That is a first. One happy M923A2 owner.
