M923A2 CTIS issue

If my truck sits for a few days and I start it, when the air pressure reaches 120psi I hear 2 bursts of air and then all the lights on the CTIS start blinking. The front tires also start to deflate immediately. My left front tire has a leak and is usually lower than the rest ( I read in previous posts that this might also cause the issue if all the tires are not inflated). If I unplug and plug back in the CTIS controller about 10 times it will start working properly. A while ago the pressure switch on tank 3 ( Top tank on passenger side ) was leaking but it stopped. I have replaced the CTIS controller and pressure transducer as suggested in previous posts but I still have the same issue. Any help on trouble shooting would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
