I will need to fill my rebuilt winch up when I get around to buying some more parts to mount it. 2.6 pints per side? Will 75-140 or 75-90 be better?

One man's view- don't worry! I figure (assuming no wacky sub zero temps) any OK GL 5 gear oil- classic straight 90 weight, any good oil you mentioned, et cetera should be A ok. Maybe old SAE 50 non detergent too- if your work bench still has a stash even! Good luck, good oil, grease and rock and roll on.
