M925A1 Winch Operation

Looking for some hints here....

It's finally above freezing here and I decided it was a good day to play with the truck a bit.

I read the -10TM and thought I had it all figured......

I pulled the winch lock out at the drum and engaged the winch cluth.

I can put the winch engage lever in but no matter what I do, I cant get the wind/unwind lever to move.


Ideas?

OK, I got it. I wasn't doing anything wrong. That is what I possibly afraid of, thus my post. It would seem that RRAD applied a generous amount of CARC and the spool piece to the valve was just plain painted in. After some time with a few tools, some cleaning and some lubricant, it's working like a dream.
