I was bidding on a m936a2 wrecker which is reported that the PTO is not engaging. Are there any mechanics around Boone NC for this type of problem?

Heck if you have not gotten the truck yet you might wait and see for yourself. Could be a easy fix. Could be the person that said it was not engageing did not know how to engage it .
