Found this under the left front fender of my 1028. Its on the front left side of the cab covered by the fender. Any idea what "Cut in 4850A" could mean?

Secret Message from the Rust Gods. There are writing on frames, engine blocks and inside sheet metal that are just there and were marked during assembly. That number may be a component code of the cab soft trim that was damaged and noted for the next QA to replace or repair. The World may Never Know. Take Care.
