MC-2A Air compresor trailer

I just picked up an MC-2A Air Compresor/trailer, Its one of those air compresor's with the small diesel engine. Has anyone else bought one and had to do anything to them. I got it started today, with a jump (battery dead), and put clean fuel in it. Fuel tank was drained. After start up it started spitting out nasty looking water/oil out of one of the oil/water filters. one of the two filters had a split on the side. I am looking for a manual or something for this thing, thanks in advance. Picked it up from Hooks AFB.

1988 U.S. Air Force approval was given to produce the MC-2A (15 cfm/200 psi) compressor for flightline use. With exercise of option, contract was for 2260 units. Wayne
