Another thing to check is the wires TO the S7. But I think adjustment will fix it. 99.99% of the time it does. We had a case of one gentleman having a problem and adjustment didn't help. Then he looked at the wire harness. Someone had cut the wires out of the harness that go to the S7!

S7 points were dirty. And the fuel had expired. Cleaned points, drained and replaced fuel and it starts and runs like a champ again. I'll check the gap when I locate my feeler gauges.
