"Engine Side Top." Not a real clear explanation of what you want. Might be better to post a picture out of the -24P and tell people what Item number it is.

Wish I could help ya, I've got one for the 803/813 units, but too big for you...
You might keep an eye out for a complete clapped out unit (802a, or 812a). I picked up a 813a carcass just to get the wire harnesses for use on my 802a. It was a wealth of spares, and the balance of the parts are slowly being sold off to recoup the purchase cost, which was minimal since the engine, and gen head were already out of it...

Thank you for your reply and I appreciate it, it’s been really hard trying to find one really didn’t think that it would be so difficult as there was so many people with the units and non runners out there and again many thanks for your reply. Just in case you know of anybody who has one please let me know

Top Roof 5KW. This one took several hours of squinting in thousands of tech drawings and several versions of the tech manual for parts dating back 30 years. We found one part number in both 5 and 10 KW manuals the same and a 5KW is shorter. one is 3 inches or so longer The best we can figure Part Number 88-22013K001 attached should be the right one from a 1996 manual and I even helped put that in there, DUH. We also had to figure on distribution codes which some folks watch what is put out. The cover is a bit longer than 27 inches. Please measure on your gen as I have nothing but a computer and an old memory . I provided PN 88-20013M001 earlier but this is for one of the box lids as I was pointed out. The 2 instead of a 0 makes the difference and the files use only a portion of the entire part number. I have a small screen too and eyes are not so good as they used to be. So you have a roof a bit over 30 inches in the 2035 drawing and one a bit over 27 inches in the 2013 drawing. Measure and see which you need. These are AutoCAD drawings set up to use a program called Bentley view and I wrote a script to get a PDF monochrome you could read. Oh yeah, lots of fun.
