mep 803a auxilary pump not starting

802A and 803A share a lot of the same parts. Fuel pick up and switches have some differences due to size of tank. Read through TMs to see if there's a troubleshooting section for your Aux Pump. It might be something as simple as exercising some of your switches or reaching into the tank and moving the floats. It's a 24volt pump, so 7 volts may indicate floats in fuel tank working but a connection is corroded.

OK. Where did you measure this 7 volts? Start first at the S1 switch. Measure at pin 5. What do you have there? Then measure at the J3, pin O. What do you have there?
