I have been seeing this a bunch on current generator auctions. Any idea what that means since they dont actually test the generators before same since all the fluids are drained? Just curious if it is a serious problem with the genset from someone that might have bought one.
Thanks

Howdy,

To me, this means the engine will NOT turn. Numerous things come to mind. engine is seized. pistons have slapped a valve and locked. crank shaft is broken. they drained the fluids so long ago, and it sat outside collecting water, cylinders are full of water and rusted the pistons in place. etc...

good luck
