Will any Mile Marker 10.5k hydraulic winch work in the HMMWV? Looking at a NIB winch locally, that is at least a couple years old. Does voltage for solenoid (12 vs 24) cause concern with dual voltage alternator?

I would think not. If it is a 12v, then run the one wire hot lead to 12v. It is a 12 or 14 gauge so there is not much to it amp wise. 15amp oe circuit breaker is used. All the other wires run to the controller. If it 24v then it will wire up hot to the temp sensor.
