Military surplus vehicle inspections in Nevada

Aloha..here's a couple of forms required to get a military surplus vehicle inspected and possibly tagged in the state of Nevada. The dmv told me it must be at a 'full service' dmv location with an emission lab...NOT an express location..hopefully this helps any Nevada residents or people looking to move here. The wording includes SF97's and regular valid state titles.

By chance did you source your Mutt there in Nevada, perchance in Vegas?

I saw several sold there at the SOF conventions back in the 90's.
