Militaty Decon Bottle Location

Hi, new to the site and owing a deuce. My deuce came with a decon bottle and mounting bracket, it was in the tool box area. Were these mounted in a specific area on the deuce? If so does anyone have a pic?

Unit SOP , There is no certain place they go , ive seen alot in the cab , a few on the drivers fender. Pick a good spot and let us know lol - Jay

I've seen a gaggle of them with the bottle mounted with the vertical bracket near the shifter.

Usually they were located where you were most often to hit them with a knee while entering/exiting the vehicle......installs were done by jealous mechanics that like to piss off drivers.

I located mine in the tool box because it was originally in a cardboard box under the passenger seat and slid around when I was driving on bumpy roads.

My m109 came with one on the tunnel with the head out and the rest under the seat, second one mounted on the curve of the cab wall to left of the driver.

Mine was next to the shifter also , my friends truck has one on the drivers fender.

I have seen alot lately , in the past years I never saw one.
