The vertical bar that holds all the mirror brackets broke. I can not seem to find a replacement. Anyone know where I can pick one up?

It's made of steel, you could have it welded if one doesn't turn up.

Are we referring to the rod that the mirror head attaches to? If so you can use all thread as a stop gap measure.

It is very common for that (threaded)rod inside the vertical pillar to rust away and the nut simply twist off at the first attempt for adjustment.
A piece of Ø1/4" "All-Thread", cut to 18-3/4 will help. Best if it was 1/4-28 UNF (fine thread)
