Missing magnet on MEP-831a

I bought an MEP-831 two months ago, went through the TM, all the wires are in place. I did oil change and replaced the fuel hose that was leaking but I found that it's missing the magnet on the actuator. It starts and runs nice and smooth but won't shut down and thanks to the posts on here I found that I have to manually push down on the governor arm to shut it down. I did not want replace the whole actuator and was wondering where I could get the magnet. Any advice or reference would be much appreciated.
