MK48 LVS M66 Ring mount bracket template urgently needed!

Would anyone with a rear M66 ring mounting bracket for the LVS M66 ring mount be willing to make me a template to fabricate this piece? The NSN and part number is 5340-01-236-6221 and 1340320W. I need a template of the mounting plate and plate thickness as well as the size of the angle iron used and bolt hole location. Would be happy to reimburse for time, supplies etc. Below is a pic of the bracket I need to make. It can also be seen on p2-1279 number 4 of TM 08780B-24
