Motor swap

I posted a month or so ago that the motor in one of my fire trucks went kerblewie! Thanks to Tyler at Midwest Military I got a remaned 250 small cam to replace it. Going to start the swap soon and was wondering if any one has done this job and if there are any of those little secrets, “oh by the way don’t forget.....” or tips to help it go easier or to avoid big OH SH&$ moments? Appreciate you all ahead of time if you do.

Looks like a good canned unit. I'm afraid what that cost from MWE..
