hey Ron, I don't know the answer, but if its for your tractor wrecker at least the bolts are not frozen.

If the frame exstensions are on the truck the winch can be mounted with the bumper on, dropped straight down.

This is how I did it on my M52 it really helped to have the winch, extensions and bumper all together and a fork lift.
