Moving a M313 Van

I have a M313 van in storage that the lot owner needs to move about 100 feet. I did not tow the trailer there so do not know about the brakes.

I know the brakes are air over hydraulic but can the trailer be moved without an air supply? Do the brakes lock like commercial air brakes?

Yes, you can move without air, just no trailer brakes, thay do not set without air

A big farm tractor with forks or bucket loader could move it if you don't have a truck tractor.

Wrap a chain around the kingpin and raise it up with the loader.......you should be able to manuver it around.
