MRAP aluminum wheels 20 bolt vs. 24 Bolt

Wondering what the pro/cons are of these two wheels? As far as I can tell the 20 bolt has some type of regulator on the valve stem and the 24 bolt doesn't? Anything else? And if I had a choice between them would the 24 bolt be better?

Without pictures I am going to assume the regulator on the valve stem is a CTIS valve. As far as one better than the other there likely is no difference other than the number of studs and nuts that hold the two pieces together.

I am not an expert on the Mrap rims by any means but I did know that there are different size openings in the center cutout.
