Here is the parameter configuration file from my 2002 MK23. This is useful if you need to replace your dead ECU with a new one. Click this link https://www.dropbox.com/s/fd0h7fmvj418ag5/9SM03523_ECMREP_2020-02-18_18.37.38 MTVR Stock.xml?dl=0

Also attached is the 355/410 hp flash "tune" that I think is what is is loaded into our EMC's. The file name for this is 2368687.fls which you can google as "CAT 236-8687". I have not confirmed that this is the correct flash file, but its all I have found so far. I also have the 505hp file if you're feeling brave :) **update** SS won't allow me to upload the flash file. If you want it, PM me your email address**

Lastly, I am new to all of this and not an expert. Adept Ape explains it in better detail here.

I found the correct flash file for our engines and the link is below.
Recap on how these work. The flash file is the HP/Torque tune and that cat PN# is 220-4352-00(see the attached picture). The configuration file are all the parameters of these trucks ie the coolant temp wiring style, tachometer signal, how the jake brake is wired etc. You will need both if you're replacing your ecu.

Download these now and save them in case you need them in the future.
