Multifuel eng oil pan

M35A2 multifuel. Can the oil pan be replaced with engine in the truck? Known obstacles or issues? Thanks.

Yes it can, piece of cake. The hardest part was scraping the old gasket off the bottom of the engine.

Also, I understand that if you jack the frame up so the front suspension hangs as much as possible it makes it easier to get the pan out. Haven't tried it myself but it sounds reasonable.

Yep, pulled two of them. Helps as Boat said, jacking the frame up and letting the front tires and axle drop helps. Pretty quick job.

Huh, I don't remember jacking anything up, but I probably did..... CRS Syndrome strikes again.
