Michigan CCW / CPL info: A person cannot carry a firearm in or around the following areas:
SCHOOL PROPERTY, DAY CARE FACILITY, SPORTS ARENA OR STADIUM, TAVERN OR BAR,
CASINO, PLACE OF WORSHIP, ENTERTAINMENT FACILITY, HOSPITAL, COURTHOUSE, COLLEGE / UNIVERSITY CAMPUS, ON ANY MILITARY PROPERTY OR BASE,,,,,there are other restrictions also, so to everyone I suggest that you look into your states laws.
That pretty well covers everywhere. It's hard to drive down any road without going around any of the listed areas

One of our members got a letter from the city atty. so that if a local LEO had questions concerning mounted dewats or rifles in cabs during parades those concerns could be swiftly addressed.

Mostly the LEO's just return waves.

As long as it's unloaded, I think it's legal in most states. It could cause a bunch of unwanted attention though if you do something like go to the bank to cash your paycheck with the weapon mounted (even if it's not real).

Unless Commufornia gets their way. They just sent a bill to the governor to sign that makes it illegal to carry riffles in the open. I don' know what effect that will have on reenactments and services if they can not use riffles with blanks any more. Of coarse in the same bill they want to give drivers licenses to ILLEGAL aliens. This makes total sense take rights from legal tax paying citizens and give more rights to the Illegals.aua

For ******* sake close this thing and give the last two guys that can not read a few days off. The only way to get people to follow the rules is to enforce them with punishment.

If my mom just kept saying "no more cookies" instead of slapping me upside my head with her backhand I would probably weigh somewhere north of 400lbs by now but trust me, a good smack every now and then will make you learn what you did wrong.
