My M35a3c and 105a2

Just wanted to introduce my new Deuce. Purchased my 1993 M35a3 last fall and had it stored for the winter in Ontario. Also purchased a 1986 M105a2 trailer at the same time. Now she is home. The 2 MWO tag's are Feb. 04 (Rebuilt in 2004?). My M35a2 is also in one of the pictures. The MWO tag is from the a2. I did a search but came up with Waste Motor Oil. Can I find out what this tag means?

It can be.....like when they added seatbelts to MV's.

Can also be an engine transplant or other changes to systems or drivelines.

Also hard for me to tell , but looks like you got a good fiberglass hood rather then the old chopped up A2 hood .

Are you sure thats a '93? has a fiberglass hood. Have you looked at your axle tags?

Yes, the hood is fiberglass.

I am not sure. I will take a look at the axle tags in the morning and post a few pictures.

Here are the pic's I took this morning. The middle axle date is 22097. Would this mean my truck is a 1997? Thanks for all the help.

It was rebuilt in 1997, a lot of owners chose the year to make title easier.

So it was turned into an a3 in 1997? Is there a way to tell the original year that it was made, before the conversion?

As a whole, no. There could be parts from trucks over a time span. Some say that you can find the original frame numbers and find the year of the frame but Ive had no such luck on my trucks.
