Yes I have seen a few of them its a either can for cold weather start assist.

If you get your truck going 88 mph and push that buttom it will time travel..

buy a new cyl. of ether . They may not sell them at truck shops there. I dont know

It is for cold starting, but it's actually Jack Daniels plumbed to the driver. Push the button for a shot, like the placard says.
