Need assistance identifying suspected starter relay card . . .

I'm not sure my search and Google fu have identified the correct part I'm trying to identify.

Specifically, it's the small card (not the glow plug relay card) near the starter relay, which I discovered doing “Doghead's Starter Relay Modification". I believe it's a starter relay card.

Confirmation would be appreciated as I'd like to order a replacement part.

Okay, after further research it's actually either the "STE/ICE Diagnostic Connector" card or "Low Coolant Module" card.

The low coolant card is next to the fuse box.

The STE/ICS connector is the round cannon plug below the dash.

The two cards near the starter relay are the STE/ICE Tac Buffer and Resistor cards. They are not used for anything except when using the STE/ICE diagnostic unit. Most people have never seen one. I happen to have one but have never used it.
