Your data tag says M1101, your thread title says M1102, Why?

A few minutes googling your numbers finds other trailers with that same contract info dated as 1997.

Raytheon E-Systems, Richardson, Texas, is being awarded a $6,845,946 modification to a firm-fixed-price contract for 431 high mobility light trailers (M1101); 216 high mobility heavy trailers (M1102); and 647 jack adapters. Work will be performed in Richardson, Texas, and is expected to be completed by May 31, 1999. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This is a sole source contract initiated on Dec. 19, 1996. The contracting activity is the U.S. Army Tank-Automotive & Armaments Command, Warren, Mich. (DAAE07-94-C-R014).

Elvis has left the building

So how does one get "Its a 97" from that then....seems it could be a 96,97,98 or a 99 too

Not to mention that the build date could be different than the delivery date?

So far, nobody has posted "it's a 97"

You still haven't answered my question.

"A few minutes googling your numbers finds other trailers with that same contract info dated as 1997."

Was this not your response when I asked how to find when the trailer was produced/delivered?

and I have edited my thread title....go back and look

Yes, I said other trailers. I was trying to give you an idea of the year it could be.

I can't tell you the day it was born.

Where did you buy it, and how was it advertised?

"149 MEB" is in Eastern Kentucky, KYNG. I have a couple trucks and M105s from that unit. Also units based in Lou. KY.

So am I correct that there is no way to find out which year( out of 4 years)the trailer was actually built?

I don't need to know the "day" it left the factory..just a year produced would be great

GL and there was no year given

Sure there is. Wait for the vin info thread to open for the year and then go from there.
