Need rear u-bolt specs

About to install a 4" front spring setup and I need suggestions on rear block thickness and u-bolt dimensions i.e diameter, inside width, and length for differing block thickness. Looking for leveled look or maybe 1" high in the rear. So wondering should I go 3 or 4 inches? 1984 m1028
