Need Valve lash measurements HELP !

Hello,

I have borrowed my buddy's mule ( for Tower Park ) and I need to adjust the noisy valves, can one of you please provide me the clearance for the intake & exhaust ? also I need to know if it is a HOT or Cold adjustment.

It is a 1968 M274-a5 Baifield w/ AO-42 2 cylinder engine

Isn't it on the top of the engine, on a data plate?

If I recall mine was marked on the valve cover, may be hidden by thick paint.

Might your Noisy lifter sound be the Magneto? it is loud sounding Klack..
Hydrolic lifters.. and the head i just installed was 100% drop on no adjustments on the rocker arm assy..torque to spec... ... check timeing...drive on..

Thanks for the replies, I did pull the covers and it does have HYD lifters. The MAG is quiet so I guess we'll run it as is and see what gives someday, then overhaul time
