New Find: Test Set Low Voltage Circuit - Military Automotive

As I was moving some of my stored treasure I found this test set, it looks to be in really good shape. I have no recollection of it at all, so no Idea where I got it. Anyone ever used one, my electrical skills are on par with my dancing skills- nil!

I believe we used this set to test Alternators and Generators.
