No. Thats a newer HMMWV with an Oshkosh TAK-4 upgrade. It gives it a tougher, flexier suspension, and can run up to 46" tires. Its badass.

Its not a HMMWV replacement, (I thought he was saying it was). It is just a HMMWV with an upgrade.

Oshkosh came up with this upgrade years ago, I still dont think it has been delivered to our troops. My guess is we will end up surplussing out the HMMWV to allie countries who will buy the upgrade from Oshkosh.
