I've spend time finding more information for my new M109A4. I looked here where I thought they might appear and didn'ty see these so hopefully they are not duplicates (except a slightly different wiring schematic.)
So far I've found absolutely nothing specific to the A4 variant.
Links I've used for finding TMs below. (plus there is a bunch of undocumented lifting of rocks and linkings)

http://archive.org/search.php?query=department of the army TM change the search to NSN numbers, TM#, etc. (I think this is the media archive/back door to the Library of Congress -free topo maps here too!)
http://mobius.missouri.edu:2082/search/ this is like a lot of university and inter-library loan sites. Some allow downloads and some don't. Some just provide enough info to surf to a new site.
http://armypubs.army.mil/doctrine/index.html old to new TM series listings...and a LOT of other stuff elsewhere on the site
http://unllib.unl.edu/Bolin_resources/bsir/Army Manuals Listed in BSIR, 1946-49.htm#sum no actual publications but still a nice list of leads

There are plenty of others...and I aim to find any pesky TM for the A4 that is hiding in some dark corner. Enjoy the links...come up for air often.
