New owner, noisy transfercase...

At least thats what I believe...Sprung a leak from the output bearing pretty severely...Noticing extreme about of noise on acceleration...Literally sounds like it's right behind the driver seat....This something fairly common on these?

So, should I look for an NP208 on CL, or take this out and just press out and replace the output bearings? Just spent all my money to get this, would like advice on cheapest route....
