I dunno - that first picture shows a rather standard USGI 4-color MERDC paint job. Looks standard.

yeah the problem wasnt the pattern it was the paint itself. it was bubbling up and flaking pretty bad im not sure what type was used buit it was terrible. Fading was making the thing look terrible.
