My wait to start lightbused to flash some times . Sand the body area for the ground wire harness u made that grounds smart box . Also I unplugged and plugged back up the engine. Temp sensor for smart box . Wait to start light stopped flashing

I did some reading about afterglow so that seems like a none issue.

I just finished changing the tranny oil. That is the cleanest pan I have ever seen. NO particles on the magnets. Full of Amsoil now.

Diffs are next. I have searched here and on Google so where do you find the diff cover gaskets?

Hopefully you disconnected your batteries.
You prolly fried your box or the temp sender
