New type of wheel for 5T ?

Has any one seen this type of wheel before?
The oring is protected by a flange so it will not squish out?IMG_0959-1small.jpg
On a side note does any one have a couple of flange nuts for these wheels they are 5/8 bolt size and 15/16 wrench size.IMG_0960-2.jpg

This is an FMTV or LMTV wheel and they will fit on to any m809s or fmtv's truck. Seven on here is running them on his m818.
