Have another 5 ton on the way. I can keep going down the ditch but would end up it the river, that would not be good.
Thanks Ferro but I think we will have it out by the time you got here.

Yes it had a good lean barely could stay in driver seat.
I don"t know but it was cold and wet.
Thank God I had a friend with another 5 ton who was able to come get me out .
I guess the good that come out of it,is my fuel gauge starting working after I got out.

no I did not. but next time will have to think about very seriously.
Yes sir...please do. IMHO that truck was not stuck. It just needed
to have the air in the tires lowered, possibly just the front tires too.
Read what the TM has to say about travel in snow and get back to me...

(PS< I am a veteran GLAMIS CALIF duner...same principals... I have lowered the
air in my F-250 4x4 AND lowered the air in my tandem axle toybox
trailer and cruised the dunes...Believe It.)

It is possible you flexed the frame and made the fuel gauges ground, "ground."
Everyone whom owns these trucks needs to pull ALL GROUNDS and buff to bare
metal ALL and reattach w/ INTERNAL/ EXTERNAL star washers and use dielectric
grease on all when reattaching.

Been there done that.
