Northeast Ohio mechanic and/or shop

I'm in need of a mechanic and/or shop in or around Northeast Ohio to work on my M1009. It's currently my daily driver and has been having issues with hard starting and rough idle. I have already changed the fuel filter, the mechanical fuel pump, all the rubber fuel hoses from the mechanical fuel pump to the injection pump, two new batteries, one glow plug (I know, you should change all eight at a time but the other 7 tested fine with a multi-meter), oil filter and oil. Both alternators are working as well as both Gen lights and voltmeter. I am getting 24 volts to the top of the glow plug relay before glow cycle and 12 volts during as it should.

I suspect the injection pump is on its way out because when in park and the RPM up a little if you stab the throttle it stutters when returning to idle like it's going to stall but doesn't. It will also stutter or surge after high RPM on the highway and getting off the throttle and letting it coast. At idle (whether it's in park or in drive at a red light) it shakes and you can hear the occasional sputter or hiccup. It is worse when the engine is cold but still there once the engine is warm. I need my M1009 to be reliable and I do not currently have the time or space to do it myself.

After the glow plug cycle it still takes quite a bit of cranking to fire and after starting it will usually bellow a lot of white smoke. I know a little is normal in cold weather but it will make a nice little cloud that drifts in the wind. The smoke lessens and will go away once the engine is warm but at start up it is excessive.

Check injectors first for proper function then change ALL glows not worth headache just doing "bad" ones it's cheap under a hundo ( I use AC G 60's). White smoke is raw fuel/ cold cylinder just one will cause this. After all that then move to IP....my 2cents.
