NOS Fuel Filter base Question??

I have a leaking fuel filter base on a truck and have this NOS fuel filter & base from another build that I didn't need. It looks like this base is complete and will solve my problem by just bolting it on? What do you all think? Will I need to do/get anything else for the base?

Should work fine. I installed a spin on, there are a couple of threads on the conversion.

Yep. I would rather not do the spin on when I have this on on the shelf. I just wanted to know if this base is a complete bolt on?
