Duh question,
Does anyone have the PROPER torque value for the injector holder fasteners??
I have the manual and it says 150 to 170 ft/lb. (Paragraph 5-34) No way on those fasteners...

Thanks

Thanks guys, I assumed the typo and assuming that it was a dropped point, that fits with the standard torque table.

Now I just gotta decide if a fresh IP should have checked injectors......
Rats, such decisions........

Check 'em

For fuel injector nozzle cleaning, inspection, and repair procedures, refer to TM 9-2815-210-34-2-2.

The 361 series TM has it right.

Install dust seal (14) onto fuel injector nozzle body (15).
Install fuel injector nozzle (4) and holder (3) into engine (13) with two new lockwashers (2) and

Evenly tighten two screws (1) 13-15 lb-ft (17-20 N.m).
Connect fuel injector tube (6) to fuel injector nozzle (4) with tube nut (12).
Install two cushions (10) and retainers (7) on fuel injector tubes (5) and (6) with washer (8),

Doghead,
Many thanks, the 361 is it. I did not check there just the 210 series.
Now I need to find a source of the replacement pads for the injector line clamps. I need all 4 of the 1" two line and 4 of the 2" two line pads.

Might be able to make them. Hardwood or some nylon block?
